These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and the App operator.

By using the App, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App immediately.

1. Scope of agreement

These Terms apply to all users worldwide, regardless of location, and cover all services, features, and content related to the App.

2. Nature of the service

Feelink is a digital platform that allows users to share thoughts and personal experiences anonymously for venting purposes only.

The App is not a platform for psychological therapy, legal advice, medical advice, or any other professional service.

3. Legal capacity and minors

You must be at least 16 years old or the age of majority in your country, whichever is higher.

By using the App, you confirm that you have full legal capacity.

If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are duly authorized to do so.

4. Anonymity disclaimer

The App is designed to support anonymous posting.

Nevertheless, anonymity cannot be guaranteed at 100% due to technical or behavioral factors.

You bear full responsibility for any information that may reveal your identity directly or indirectly.

5. User account and security

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

You must keep your login credentials confidential.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Acceptable use policy

6.1 General rule

You must use the App in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner.

6.2 Permitted content

• Emotional expression
• Venting
• Personal experiences
• Human relationships

6.3 Strictly prohibited content

It is strictly forbidden, directly or indirectly, to post, promote, or refer to:

(1) Violence and crime

• Incitement to violence or terrorism
• Threats or intimidation
• Glorifying or planning crimes

(2) Sexual content

• Explicit sexual content
• Any content involving minors
• Sexual exploitation in any form

(3) Hatred and discrimination

• Hate speech
• Racism
• Discrimination on the basis of religion, gender, or identity

(4) Illegal activities

• Drugs
• Fraud
• Hacking
• Money laundering

(5) Privacy and reputation

• Publishing others’ personal data
• Defamation or blackmail
• Accusations without evidence

(6) Harmful or misleading content

• Spreading misleading information
• Serious unsupported claims

6.4 Sensitive content policy

Discussion of topics such as the following may be allowed:

• Harassment
• Domestic violence
• Psychological trauma

Only under strict conditions:

• No explicit description
• No identification of individuals
• No harmful or shocking detail
• Indirect, non-graphic framing

7. Moderation rights

We reserve the full right to review, remove, or restrict any content

Automated (AI) and human systems may be used

We are not obliged to pre-moderate all content

8. Enforcement

We may take any action we deem appropriate, including:

• Removing content
• Restricting access
• Suspending the account
• Permanent ban

without prior notice.

9. Reporting and legal cooperation

You may report issues via: support@feelinkofficial.com

We may cooperate with authorities when formally required

10. Global disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available"

We make no express or implied warranties.

We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages
• We are not liable for psychological or moral damages
• We are not liable for any losses arising from use of the App

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify the Company against any claims or damages arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your unlawful use
• Content you publish

13. Intellectual property

All rights in the App are reserved

You may not reuse or copy the App without permission

By posting content, you grant us a worldwide license to use it within the App

14. Third-party services and advertising

The App may contain third-party services or external links

We are not responsible for their content

15. Privacy and data

Data use is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

16. Global compliance

You must comply with all applicable local and international laws.

17. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time

You may stop using the App at any time

We may amend these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

19. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

20. Governing law

These Terms are interpreted in accordance with applicable international principles, subject to local law where you are located.

21. Dispute resolution

Disputes should first be resolved amicably

If that fails, arbitration or competent courts may apply

22. Severability

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

23. No waiver

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

24. Assignment

We may assign or transfer this agreement without notice.

25. Entire agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

26. Language

If translated, wording may differ; the legally binding version prevails.

2. طبيعة الخدمة

Feelink هو منصة رقمية تتيح للمستخدمين مشاركة أفكارهم وتجاربهم الشخصية بشكل مجهول لأغراض الفضفضة فقط.

لا يُعد التطبيق منصة علاج نفسي، أو استشارة قانونية، أو طبية، أو مهنية من أي نوع.

3. الأهلية القانونية واستخدام القُصّر

يجب أن يكون عمرك 16 عامًا على الأقل أو السن القانوني في بلدك (أيهما أعلى).

باستخدامك التطبيق، فإنك تؤكد امتلاكك الأهلية القانونية الكاملة.

إذا كنت تستخدم التطبيق نيابةً عن جهة، فأنت مخول قانونيًا بذلك.

4. مبدأ عدم الكشف عن الهوية (Anonymity Disclaimer)

التطبيق مصمم لدعم النشر المجهول.

رغم ذلك، لا يمكن ضمان إخفاء الهوية بنسبة 100% بسبب عوامل تقنية أو سلوكية.

تتحمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن أي معلومات قد تكشف هويتك بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر.

5. حساب المستخدم وأمنه

أنت مسؤول عن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم من خلال حسابك.

يجب عليك الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول.

يجب إبلاغنا فورًا بأي استخدام غير مصرح به.

6. سياسة الاستخدام المقبول (Acceptable Use Policy)

6.1 القاعدة العامة

يجب استخدام التطبيق بطريقة قانونية، أخلاقية، ومسؤولة.

6.2 المحتوى المسموح

• التعبير عن المشاعر
• الفضفضة
• التجارب الشخصية
• العلاقات الإنسانية

6.3 المحتوى المحظور (Strict Prohibited Content)

يُمنع منعًا باتًا، بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر، نشر أو الترويج أو الإشارة إلى:

(1) العنف والجرائم

• التحريض على العنف أو الإرهاب
• التهديد أو التخويف
• تمجيد الجرائم أو التخطيط لها

(2) المحتوى الجنسي

• أي محتوى جنسي صريح
• أي محتوى يتعلق بالقُصّر
• الاستغلال الجنسي بأي شكل

(3) الكراهية والتمييز

• خطاب الكراهية
• العنصرية
• التمييز على أساس الدين أو الجنس أو الهوية

(4) الأنشطة غير القانونية

• المخدرات
• الاحتيال
• الاختراق
• غسل الأموال

(5) الخصوصية والسمعة

• نشر بيانات شخصية للغير
• التشهير أو الابتزاز
• الاتهامات بدون دليل

(6) المحتوى الضار أو المضلل

• نشر معلومات مضللة
• الادعاءات الخطيرة غير المدعومة

6.4 المحتوى الحساس (Sensitive Content Policy)

يسمح بمناقشة مواضيع مثل:

• التحرش
• العنف الأسري
• الصدمات النفسية

ولكن بشروط صارمة:

• بدون وصف صريح
• بدون تحديد هوية
• بدون تفاصيل مؤذية أو صادمة
• بأسلوب غير مباشر

7. حقوق الإدارة في الإشراف (Moderation Rights)

نحتفظ بالحق الكامل في مراجعة أو حذف أو تقييد أي محتوى

قد يتم استخدام أنظمة آلية (AI) وأنظمة بشرية

لسنا ملزمين بمراجعة كل المحتوى مسبقًا

8. الإزالة والتنفيذ (Enforcement)

يجوز لنا اتخاذ أي إجراء نراه مناسبًا، بما في ذلك:

• حذف المحتوى
• تقييد الوصول
• تعليق الحساب
• الحظر الدائم

وذلك دون إشعار مسبق.

10. إخلاء المسؤولية (Global Disclaimer)

التطبيق يُقدَّم "كما هو" و"حسب التوفر"

لا نقدم أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية.

لا نضمن خلو التطبيق من الأخطاء أو الانقطاع.

11. حدود المسؤولية (Limitation of Liability)

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون:

• لا نتحمل أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة
• لا نتحمل الأضرار النفسية أو المعنوية
• لا نتحمل أي خسائر ناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق

12. التعويض (Indemnification Clause)

توافق على تعويض الشركة عن أي مطالبات أو أضرار ناتجة عن:

• خرقك لهذه الشروط
• استخدامك غير القانوني
• المحتوى الذي تنشره

13. الملكية الفكرية (Intellectual Property)

جميع حقوق التطبيق محفوظة

لا يجوز إعادة الاستخدام أو النسخ

بمنشورك المحتوى، تمنحنا ترخيصًا عالميًا لاستخدامه داخل التطبيق

14. الخدمات الخارجية والإعلانات

قد يحتوي التطبيق على خدمات أو روابط خارجية

لا نتحمل مسؤولية محتواها

15. الخصوصية والبيانات

يخضع استخدام البيانات لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا، والتي تشكل جزءًا لا يتجزأ من هذه الشروط.

16. الامتثال الدولي (Global Compliance)

يجب على المستخدم الالتزام بجميع القوانين المحلية والدولية المعمول بها.

17. إنهاء الخدمة (Termination)

يمكننا إنهاء أو تعليق حسابك في أي وقت

يمكنك التوقف عن الاستخدام في أي وقت

18. التعديلات (Modifications)

نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل الشروط في أي وقت، ويُعتبر استمرار الاستخدام موافقة.

19. القوة القاهرة (Force Majeure)

لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي تأخير أو فشل بسبب ظروف خارجة عن السيطرة.

20. القانون الحاكم (Governing Law)

تُفسر هذه الشروط وفق القوانين الدولية المعمول بها، مع مراعاة القوانين المحلية حسب موقع المستخدم.

21. تسوية النزاعات (Dispute Resolution)

يتم حل النزاعات وديًا أولًا

في حال الفشل، يتم اللجوء للتحكيم أو القضاء المختص

22. قابلية الفصل (Severability)

في حال بطلان أي بند، تبقى باقي البنود سارية.

23. عدم التنازل (No Waiver)

عدم تطبيق أي بند لا يعني التنازل عنه.

24. نقل الحقوق (Assignment)

يحق لنا نقل أو تحويل هذه الاتفاقية دون إشعار.

25. الاتفاق الكامل (Entire Agreement)

تمثل هذه الشروط الاتفاق الكامل بينك وبيننا.

26. اللغة

في حالة الترجمة، قد تختلف الصياغة، لكن تبقى النسخة القانونية المعتمدة هي المرجع.
